Drones and accessories supported by Measure Ground Control
The web portal is currently built to manually track any equipment you may need to add to the portal and the mapping integration with Pix4D can accept most aerial imagery. The MGC Web Portal also allows users to track and manage drones and accessories from a wide variety of manufacturers. This process is most seamless (and automatic) for DJI and Parrot Equipment, but is at its core equipment-agnostic for scheduling, manually logging, and reporting.
If a non-DJI or Parrot manufacturer you need is not in our system, please contact support and we can arrange its addition for Enterprise users.
Currently, the MGC Mobile App is compatible with the following aircraft:

Additional DJI Aircraft not listed here may work for manual flights.
ᴬ - This drone is supported in the Android/Smart Controller version of Ground Control only.
ᴮ - This drone is fully supported in the latest version of Ground Control for Android and has beta support in the iOS version of Ground Control. The iOS version of Ground control only supports grid flights and not custom waypoint flights. We support external payloads and there is beta support for the H20. The H20 wide lens is supported (in mobile app only, not on the web), but the H20 Zoom lens and the H20T thermal lens are currently unsupported.
ᴵ - This drone is currently only supported in the iOS version of Ground Control.
ᴹ - Manual flight only; certain functionality in the Ground Control mobile app like grid flights may not be fully supported.
ᴾ - This drone has different available functionality compared to Measure's integration with DJI. To learn more about these functional differences, please view this article.
ᴿ - The thermal lens on this drone supports the capture of thermal imagery only in RJPEG format. RJPEG images must be converted to TIFF before processing in Ground Control. Users should be able to use FLIR Tools to export their captured RJPEG Imagery as TIFF images.
ᵀ - This drone only supports the capture of JPEG images, and cannot be used for thermal processing. If thermal images are captured, the colorized thermal JPEG images can be processed using other processing templates but may fail in processing.
Flights flown using the MGC Mobile App will be automatically synced to the Web Portal, where they can be reviewed at a later date. Pilots flying unsupported aircraft can still use the Mobile App to upload flight logs and support themselves in the field (checking airspace, managing insurance, etc).
While older drones like the DJI Phantom 3 Professional (P3P) are supported, MGC users may experience some performance issues due to the older hardware and developments within the DJI SDK.
Currently, the MGC Mobile App is compatible with the following payloads:
