Single Sign-On (SSO)

Ensure compliance with security requirements and increase ease of access signing in

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a premium enterprise addon (extra cost) that allows organizations to maintain centralized access to their company account on Measure Ground Control (MGC) and gives employees the convenience of using the same set of credentials for their organization's portal and MGC.  SSO allows IT admins to have full customization regarding security groups and app permissions to ensure only those who need access have access. 

MGC's implementation of SSO is currently only compatible with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and NOT Office 365 Active Directory.

If your organization is interested in implementing SSO within MGC, this is the process:

  1. Meet with the Measure IT team to introduce Points of Contact,  review SSO documentation and have a Q&A session to clarify any procedures.
  2. Follow instructions laid out in our SSO Guide to federate.
  3. Add control group to Azure AD - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/howto-restrict-your-app-to-a-set-of-users
  4. Configure role mapping.
  5. Test SSO integration.
  6. Add the MGC SSO login page to your organization's corporate systems.
